大孔吸附树脂与离子交换树脂联用分离富集复方肝康片中总黄酮与总生物碱的工艺研究
Study on Separation and Enriching Total Flavonoids and Total Alkaloids in Compound Gankang Tablet by Macroporous Adsorption Resin and Ion Exchange Resins

摘要: 目的 分离富集复方肝康片中总黄酮与总生物碱。方法 联合应用大孔吸附树脂与钠型阳离子树脂分别对处方中的总黄酮与总生物碱进行分离,并对工艺进行验证。结果 联合应用大孔吸附树脂与钠型阳离子树脂可较好地分离富集复方中总黄酮与总生物碱。结论 联合应用大孔吸附树脂和钠型阳离子树脂分离复方肝康片中总黄酮和总生物碱的方法可行。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To separate and enrich the total flavonoids and total alkaloids from compound Gankang tablet.METHODS Combined applying macroporous resin and sodium cation resin to separate the total flavonoids and the total alkaloids respectively from the prescription, then verify the process.RESULTS Combination macroporous resin and sodium cation resin contributed to separate and enrich total flavonoids and total alkaloids.CONCLUSION It was feasible to use macroporous resin and sodium cation resin to separate total flavonoids and total alkaloids from compound Gankang tablet.
