等离子射频消融髓核成形术加舒筋活血方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究
A Clinical Study on Treatment of Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with Nucleus Pulposus Plastic Operation by Isoionic Radiofrequency Ablation and Prescriptions for Relaxing Muscles and Tendons and Activating Blood Circulation

摘要: 目的运用等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，并运用舒筋活血方观察疗效，探讨机理。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分实验组和对照组，原发病腰椎间盘突出症均采用等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗，治疗组口服舒筋活血药，对照组口服美洛昔康，2组进行治疗后疼痛及疗效比较。结果在疼痛缓解方面实验组和对照组于术后1个月、6个月VAS疼痛分值经统计学比较有明显的统计学意义（P〈0．01）。而2组治疗优良率比较无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论舒筋活血方可明显减轻等离子射频消融髓核成形术的术后疼痛症状。
