Forecasting the Mechanism on Anti-Tumor and Anti-Metastasis of Blood-Breaking Drugs Based on Aerobic Glycolysis

  • Huayu Sanjie is one of the important principles of anti-tumor in clinical Chinese medicine. From the dialectical of blood stasis syndrome, the use of activating blood and removing phlegm drugs, especially the traditional Chinese medicine compound based on blood-breaking drugs, which is used to treat tumors through Huayu Sanjie makes a good result. There is controversy about whether blood-breaking drugs have anti-tumor effects. At present, clinical studies have found that blood-breaking drugs may promote tumor metastasis, but most basic studies have shown that blood-breaking drugs can resist tumor metastasis. The purpose of this paper is to determine the anti-tumor and tumor metastasis effects of blood-breaking drugs by combining modern medical theories, and further propose the potential molecule mechanism of this effect, that is, blood-breaking drugs may interfere with the aerobic glycolysis process of tumors, and inhibit tumor growth and metastasis. In this paper, the anti-tumor and tumor metastasis molecule mechanism of blood-breaking drugs was studied for the first time from the energy metabolism process of glycolysis, which provided a new idea for the anti-tumor and anti-metastatic research of blood-breaking drugs, and provides a basis for the anti-tumor application of clinical blood-breaking drugs.
