Studies on the Dynamic Accumulation Analysis of Metabolites of Pseudostellariae Radix in Jiangsu Province

OBJECTIVE To analyze the change of chemical components of Pseudostellariae radix from different harvest period in Jiangsu. METHODS UPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS and tandem mass spectrometry combing with Mass data， databases and related software for total ion current literature major molecular ion peaks attributable was used to determine 16 batches of samples. SIMCA-P software was used to analyze the principal components. RESULTS 12 compounds were identified， and the figure below showed that the PCA， samples of June and beginning of July were in close proximity on the plot， indicating that the metabolites of these two periods were similar; samples from end of July and August were far away， showing big chemical differences. 10 kinds of markers were picked from loading chart by significant differences. These markers of Pseudostellariae Radix collected from different harvest time showed different changing laws. CONCLUSION To provide the basic data for revealing the different harvest time of Pseudostellariae Radix in Jiangsu metabolite accumulation pattern.
