Abstract
OBJECTIVE To comparative analysis of the changes of pharmacodynamics between Dahuang Zhechong Pills and rhubarb pairing with eupolyphaga by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), using the research ideas of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions. METHODS The chromatographic column was Thermo Hypersil Gold, mobile phase 0.1% formic acid water - methanol, gradient elution, column temperature: 30 ℃, detection wavelength 270 nm, to establish the fingerprints of Dahuang Zhechong Pills and main medicine paris, and to quantitatively analyze the content of anthraquinones in rhubarb as well as hypoxanthine. RESULTS Establish liquid fingerprint respectively in Dahuang Zhechong Pills and rhubarb pairing with eupolyphaga. A total of 32 common peaks were identified and 27 drugs were identified. In the quantitative study, we found that the content of five kinds of rhubarb anthraquinone in the drug was higher than that of the whole body, including 1.6 times of aloe-emodin, 1.48 times of rhein, 2.23 times of emodin, 2.43 times of chrysophanol, 2.48 times of physcion, hypoxanthine content was more than the whole group. CONCLUSION Pairs and whole group of Dahuang Zhechong Pills both have a certain anti-liver cancer effect. Although drugs on the component anthraquinones are higher than the whole side, the role of anti-liver cancer to the whole for the excellent, suggesting that the whole low-dose multi-component, multi-target role in the importance. In this study, we provide reference for the determination of anthraquinone and hypoxanthine in Dahuangzhechong pills and provide the idea for further exploring the material basis of liver cancer.
