Clinical Study of Eliminate Disease Enema Decoction in Treatment of Fallopian Tube Obstructive Infertility

  • OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effects of eliminate disease enema decoction in the treatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility after laparoscopic surgery. METHODS 144 patients with fallopian tube obstructive infertility met with the study criteria were included and randomly divided into the observation group (78 cases) and the control group (66 cases). The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery alone, and the observation group was treated with eliminate disease enema decoction after laparoscopic surgery. The decoction was used for 7 d continuously each time after menstruation, and the maximum continuously using period was six courses. The pregnancy status of 2 groups was observed and recorded and statistically analyzed. RESULTS The clinical pregnancy rates in the observation group and the control group within two years were 55.13% and 31.82%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative clinical efficacy within 1a was the best. CONCLUSION Performing the laparoscopic surgery first for patients with fallopian tube obstructive infertility and then treating with eliminate disease enema decoction can significantly improve the patient's clinical pregnancy rate.
