Analysis of Chemical Components of Volatile Oil from Cardamine Urbaniana by GC-MS

OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Cardamine Urbaniana by GC-MS.METHODS Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.The chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.RESULTS 35 compounds were identified. The main component is 4-isothiocyanato-1-Butene(65.71%).CONCLUSION As the first time to analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Cardamine Urbaniana by GC-MS， this study can provide scientific basis for further research and development of Cardamine Urbaniana.
