  • The Phage display technology(PDT) is technology that expresses exogenic polypeptide with shell protein of phage by inserting the exogenic DNA into the shell gene.Drug target is what molecule is bound by the drug inside our body,and also the fundamental of novel drug development as well as drug selection.An ideal drug target is the prerequisite of good drug.The PDT is one of the most effective selection means for drug target,and able to be applied to find the potential target of Chinese medicines.Using the high-through-put technology to analyze the active compounds of Chinese medicines is one of the most effective ways to modernize the Chinese medicines,and it can promote the development and application of natural compounds.
