Effect of Pancreas Perfusion of Yimin Granule on Insulin Content of IR Rats with Type 2 Diabetes

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of in vitro pancreas perfusion of Yimin Granule on the secretion of insulin in rats with type 2 diabetes.METHOD Rat diabetes models were made by using ATZ to destroy rat insulin cells followed by feeding high-lipid and high-sugar feeding stuff.In vitro pancreas perfusion was performed to detect insulin content.RESULT With low-sugar stimulation,the medicated serum of Yimin Granule did not markedly affect insulin secretion;with high-sugar stimulation,Yimin Granule could promote insulin secretion.CONCLUSION Yimin Granule has certain improving effect on the defect in insulin secretion in type 2 disbetes.
