  • There are three indications of Decoction of Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae described in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and different doctors have different opinions as to their symptoms and pathogenesis.The authors point out in this paper that our attention should be focused on the pathogenesis rather than symptoms,i.e.deficiency and cold of the liver and stomach,which provides criteria for the clinical application of Decoction of Fructus Evodiae Rutaecarpae.
