Clinical Observation on Treatment of Malignant Tumor with Bee Venom Injection

  • OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of the injection on the treatment of lung and stomach cancer.METHOD 95 patients were randomly divided into a bee venom group,a combined treatment group(bee venom and chemotherapy) and a chemotherapy group,to observe the effect of the injection in improving clinical symptoms and life quality.RESULT The remittance rate and disease control rate of the injection were 2.86% and 40% respectively,with no statistical significance among the three groups(P>0.0%).The symptom improvement rates of the three groups were 42.86%,75.43% and 43.33% respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).No marked differences were found in life quality improvement among the three groups(P>0.0%).CONCLUSION Bee Venom Injection can inhibit the tumor growth.It has anti-cancer effect and can greatly improve clinical symptoms when used in combination with chemotherapy.
