Effect of Freezedrying Powder of Total Flavonoids in Chinese Hawthorn Leaf on Myocardial Infarction Caused by Coronary Ligation of Anesthetic Dogs

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the protecting effect of total flavonoids in Chinese hawthorn leaf on dog's myocardial infarction.METHOD Animal models of myocardial infarction were made by coronary ligation in order to observe changes before and after drug administration.RESULT In the high and medium dosage groups,SAP,DAP and MAP of the animal models were reduced.CONCLUSION The freezedrying powder of total flavonoids in Chinese hawthorn leaf can markedly relieve myocardial ischemia.
