Microwave Assisted Extraction of Galanthamin in Lycoris Radiata

OBJECTIVE To Apply microwave assisted extraction to extract galanthamin in lycoris radiate.METHOD Under the same conditions of microwave power and extraction time,methanol,alcohol,toluene,acetone and hexamethylene were used as the extractant to carry out intermittent extraction.RESULT The best extraction result was obtained with the microwave power at 450W,methanol as the extractant and 8 minutes as the extraction time for the extraction of galanthamin.CONCLUSION Microwave assisted extraction method can be used to extract galanthamin in lycoris radiate.
