  • OBJECTIVE To investigate into the adsorption performance of macroporous adsorptive resins on tripdiolide.METHOD Observation were made by changing the concentration,pH value and flow rate.RESULT Optimal adsorption and separation of tripdiolide occurred under the following condition: 0.25 g/mL(concentration),3.0(pH value) and 1.0 mL/min.(flow rate).CONCLUSION The concentration,pH value and flow rate of Chinese drug eluant can affect the adsorption and separation of tripdiolide.
