Exploring the Application of the Four-Manifestation Constitution Theory of the Spiritual Pivot in the Identification and Treatment of Stroke Based on the Hetu Theory

  • Based on the four-manifestation constitution theory of the Hetu theory, combined with the Taiyang, Shaoyang, Taiyin, Shaoyin system in the Spiritual pivot, the constitution of human beings is classified into four categories: Taiyang, Shaoyang, Taiyin, Shaoyin. The above classification follows the physiological and pathological characteristics of human beings with yin and yang as the base. Stroke is a common critical illness in clinical practice with such problems as limited treatments and high recurrence rate, which are closely related to the physical characteristics of patients. By analyzing the characteristics of the four-manifestation constitution and yin-yang proportion, the study explores the relationship between the four-manifestation constitution and stroke, and proposes a way to treat stroke by regulating yin and yang, which provided new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of stroke.
