Characterization and Analysis of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu

  •   OBJECTIVE  To give a full-scale view of the material composition of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu via systematic analyses, revealing its regional characteristics and providing scientific evidences for the value discovery and multi-purpose utilization.
      METHODS  The water-soluble extract, water-solble proteins, amino acids, as well as heavy metals and inorganic elements in 39 batches of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.
      RESULTS  The basic compsition data of 39 batches of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu were yielded and the regional characteristics were revealled.
      CONCLUSION  This study establishes a full-scale view of the material composition and regional characteristics of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu, which promots the deeper investigation and utilization of Elaphuri Davidiani Cornu resource.
