Abstract
The incidence rate of breast cancer associated lymphoedema (BCRL) is high, the treatment cycle is long, the condition is repeated and the delay is not healed. It has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of BCRL patients. The pathophysiological mechanism of BCRL is complex. Based on the analysis of the cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in the stages of lymph stasis, chronic inflammation, adipose tissue deposition and fibrosis in the pathological process of BCRL, this paper further analyzes the characteristics of TCM pathogenesis of BCRL, and expounds the existing treatment strategies, such as physiotherapy, acupuncture, moxibustion, TCM treatment and so on, It provides ideas for the clinical rational prevention and treatment of BCRL.
