Exploration on Mechanism of Futu Shengjin Rehabilitation Formula in Regulating Immune Function During COVID-19 Convalescence Based on the Network Pharmacology

  •   OBJECTIVE  To explore the mechanism of Futu Shengjin rehabilitation formula in the treatment of immunosuppression during COVID-19 convalescence.
      METHODS   Using the TCM network pharmacology intelligent information platform, the chemical components and corresponding targets of Futu Shengjin rehabilitative formula were retrieved. Immunosuppression-related targets were obtained through GeneCards database. The drug component targets were corresponding to immunosuppression-related targets, and the intersection targets and efficacy components were screened. Cytoscape software was used to construct a "Chinese medicine-ingredient-target-disease" network. Through the String platform, PPI network was constructed to find out the core targets, and then GO and KEGG enrichment analysis was conducted on the intersection targets.
      RESULTS   The active ingredients of Futu Shengjin rehabilitative formula in the immunosuppression, were mainly for quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol, naringenin, key targets for propagated were mTOR, TLR2, TNF, AKT1, MAPK3. GO and KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that immune function was regulated through the T cell activation, involvement in biological processes such as oxidative stress, and regulate PI3K-Akt signal pathway, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistant methods.
      CONCLUSION   This study elaborates the mechanism of Futu Shengjin rehabilitation prescription in the treatment of immunosuppression during COVID-19 convalescence, providing a theoretical basis and research direction for future research.
