中药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-Associated Gastritis

摘要

摘要: 幽门螺杆菌是慢性胃炎的主要致病因子，近年来其感染率逐渐增高。中医药在治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎方面优势显著，副作用小，耐药率低。基于目前中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的研究进展，从证候特点、常用中药及其活性成分、作用机制和相关研究方法的角度进行综述，以期为相关中药复方中活性成分的辨识研究提供参考。<

Abstract: Helicobacter pylori is the main pathogenic factor of chronic gastritis and the helicobacter pylori infection rate has been increasing in recent years. Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis， with small side effects and low drug resistance. Based on the research development of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis， this article intends to provide a review from the perspectives of syndrome characteristics， common traditional Chinese medicine and active ingredients， mechanism of action and related research methods， in order to provide references for the research of the identification of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.
