摘要

摘要: 认为瘀热是瘀、热两种病理因素互相搏结、胶结合和形成的具有新特质的病理因素。提出瘀热是系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的重要病机，贯穿于疾病的整个发病过程。瘀热作为一种继发性病理因素，可致疾病出现变化迅速、多脏受累、缠绵难愈的病理特点。临床表现一般具备血瘀、血热两方面的特征，并与部分实验室指标存在内在关联。临床上以凉血化瘀为治疗大法，可用犀角地黄汤加减治之。
