电针不同经穴对小肠运动障碍大鼠植物神经放电的影响
Effect of Autonomic Discharge of EA Different Acupoints on the Small Intestine Dyskinesia's Rat

摘要: 目的 以经络-脏腑相关理论为指导,观察电针不同经穴对小肠运动抑制大鼠的植物神经放电的影响。方法 雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、电针治疗组。造模后,电针单侧足三里、梁丘、内关和大陵,采用神经电生理技术,记录各组大鼠迷走神经和内脏大神经放电变化。结果 空白对照组植物神经放电频率在观察期内无明显变化;模型对照组造模前后比较,造模后迷走神经放电频率明显减少(P<0.01),内脏大神经放电频率明显增高(P<0.01);电针治疗组中足三里组、内关组、梁丘组电针后迷走神经放电频率明显增高(P<0.05),而内脏大神经电针后的放电频率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论 通过对小肠的植物神经系统的影响是穴位针刺效应产生的重要途径之一。Abstract: OBJECTIVE Observe the effect of autonomic discharge when EA different acupoints on the rats with small intestine motility disturbance. METHODS Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, electro-acupuncture group. After modeling, electro-acpuncture at Zusanli, Liangqiu, Neiguan and Daling, recording each rat's vagus nerve and splanchnic nerve discharge. RESULTS Autonomic discharge frequency of control group had no significant changes during the observation period. After modeling, model control group vagus nerve discharge frequency was significantly reduced(P<0.01), splanchnic nerve discharge frequency was significantly higher(P<0.01). The vagues nerve discharge frequency of groups of Zusanli, Neiguan, and Liangqiu, after electro-acupuncture,was significantly higher(P<0.05). The splanchnic nerve discharge frequency of all groups after electro-acupuncture was significantly reduced(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The influence on the small intestine of the autonomic nervous system is one of the reasons why acupuncture is effective.
