Effect of Compatibility of Astragalus Plus Zedoary on the Expression of MMP2 and VEGF in Orthotopic Transplantation Tumor Tissue of HO-8910 Ovarian Carcinoma in Situ

  • OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Zedoariae and antitumor effect and the effect of MMP2 and VEGF expression in tumor tissues of human ovarian cancer HO-8910 orthotopic transplantation tumor. METHODS elect the HO-8910 ovarian carcinoma in situ animal models have been established fluorescent protein transfection(5 grope),Including model group, positive control group (Shun Bo), Astragalus group, Zedoary group, Astragalus, zedoary turmeric compatibility group (on the basis of 2∶1). Dynamic measurement of each tumor volume, tumor metastasis, tumor inhibitory effect. The protein expression of MMP2 and VEGF were deteced by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS Astragalus root, zedoary turmeric compatibility group and cisplatin group, tumor volume and tumor weight were lower than model group(P<0.05), Astragalus, zedoary turmeric compatibility group tumor volume and tumor weight less than cisplatin group,Curcuma group and Astragalus group, Zedoary group of tumor volume and tumor weight compared with the model group(P>0.05), Astragalus root, zedoary turmeric compatibility group tumor volume and tumor weight less than cisplatin group(P<0.05), Compared with the model group the level of MMP2 and VEGF protein expression of average weakened Astragalus, zedoary turmeric compatibility group Astragalus group, Zedoary group and cisplatin group in transplanted tumor tissue(P<0.05). CONCLUSION In the experimental period,Astragalus root, zedoary turmeric compatibility which has obvious anti-tumor effect on human ovarian cancer HO-8910(P<0.05),The action mechanism of the expression may be associated with the downregulation of MMP 2 and VEGF protein.
