The Primary Exploration of Dissolving rotten to Regeneration Method and the Vascularization of Jin Treating Diabetic Foot

  • The recovery of the gangrene on diabetic foot is closely related to tendon. The treatment of the degenerated and necrotic tendon is directly related to the preservation of the affected extremity. In clinical research, the new vessels on the basal part of the wound grow into tendon and adhere to it so that the granulation tissue wraps up tendon there by reversing the extended infection on the diabetic foot along tendon and promoting the wound healing, which is called the vascularization of the chronic wounded tendon. As tendon belongs to the category of Jin in traditional Chinese medicine, here we call the whole process as the vascularization of Jin. Under the guidance of vascularization of Jin, dissolving rotten to regeneration Method was developed as the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
