Research Progress on Anti-Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Mechanisms of Natural Chinese Medicine Monomer and Its Derivatives by MiRNAs Regulation

  • Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most serious threats to human beings. There is an urgent need to develop new anti-cancer therapies. With the deepening of the research on the anticancer activity of natural Chinese medicine, miRNAs research on the growth, proliferation, invasion, migration and drug sensitivity of NSCLC cells by regulation of natural Chinese medicine monomer and its derivatives has been paid more and more attention. This paper gives an overview of the latest research progress on the anti-NSCLC effects of natural medicine components and derivatives via miRNAs regulation, which aims to provide new ideas and references for the development of NSCLC drugs.
