49 Cases of Anchang Ningfu Decoction Treating on Diarrhea-predominant Pattern Irritable Bowel Syndrome

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of Anchang Ningfu Decoction for diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome (liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome). METHODS 94 patients of diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome (liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome) were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was treated with Anchang Ningfu Decoction， and control group was orally taken Pinaverium Bromide Tablets (4 weeks for a course)， and then changes in clinical efficacy were observed. RESULTS Compare with control group， treatment group's total effective rate and single integral are significantly different (P<0.05); the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.88%， and the control group was 86.67%; the clinical efficacy of treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Anchang Ningfu Decoction has a good effect on diarrhea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome (liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome).
