The Allergic Substances in Danshen Drip

  • OBJECTIVE To track the allergic substances in Danshen Drip. METHODS 5-hydroxy tryptamine and ovalbumin were taken as index and positive drug respectively to optimize the sensitization time and attacking time in order to obtain the optimized animal model through which the allergic substances in Danshen Drip was selected. RESULTS Each guinea pig was subcutaneously injectioned with 0.2 mL Danshen Drip on alternate days for three times, 16 days after the first injection, each guinea pig was undertaken subcutaneous injection with 0.5 mL for repeated attack.CONCLUSION The allergic substance of Danshen Drip is salvia miltiorrhiza protein.
