HPLC Simultaneous Determination of Puerarin， Paeoniflorin and Glycyrrhizic Acid in Fufang Zhixie Granule

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Puerarin， paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiao'er Zhixie granule.METHODS The analysis was carried out on a C₁₈（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm）column; the mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous for gradient elution（26︰74~81︰19）. The flow rate was（0.8~1.0） mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 239 nm.RESULTS The results showed that 3 effective components all separated well and showed good linearity， the average recoveries were between 95%~105%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be used to determine the above 3 components with satisfactory accuracy and repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Fufang Zhixie granule.
