  • OBJECTIVE To analyze the categories of Dahurian Lily and the lipophilic components in its water extract.METHOD GC-MS method was used to analyze the contents of the extract of Dahurian Lily;mass spectrum bar graph analysis and NIST98 spectrum retrieval were employed to determine the structure of the compound;peak area normalization method was used to determine the percentage content of each component.RESULT 35 kinds of lipophilic componets were identified from the extract of scale leaves of Dahurian Lily,accounting for 69.8%;15 kinds of compounds were identified from the water extract of Dahurian Lily.CONCLUSION Part of the low-polarity components in Dahurian Lily has certain dissolution rate.This experiment has provided references for further study of the pharmacodynamic basis of Dahurian Lily.
