Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To research the static isothermal adsorption model and desorption method by studying of polysaccharides from Pachyman by PES-10 000 membrane. METHODS The content of polysaccharides from Pachyman was measured by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The adsorption effect of polysaccharides from Pachyman with different initial concentrations on PES membrane was investigated, from which the isothermal absorption curves were drawn and the isothermal absorption equations were fitted. Taking the desorption rate as the index, the effect of desorption were evaluated by desorption solutions with different pH. RESULTS The adsorption of polysaccharides from Pachyman on PES-10 000 membrane was in accordance with the Freundlich model, and the dynamic desorption effect was the best in sodium bicarbonate solution with pH 8. CONCLUSION PES-10 000 membrane had adsorption effect on polysaccharide from Pachyman, and its adsorption behavior and desorption method could provide a certain experimental basis for the resource recovery of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredient.
