抗早颗粒剂治疗儿童性早熟的临床研究

摘要: 目的观察抗早颗粒剂治疗特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女童的临床疗效。方法以中药抗早颗粒剂治疗的性早熟女童40例，并与达菲林40例为对照，比较2组临床疗效、体质量指数（BMI）、血清黄体生成素（LH）、促卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）水平及骨龄的变化。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为77.5%和75%（P>0.05）；2组治疗后子宫卵巢容积、LH、FSH、E2、骨龄(△BA/△CA)较治疗前均减少（P<0.05）；治疗组可以减低患儿体质量指数（P<0.05）。结论中药抗早颗粒剂治疗ICPP女童疗效确切，可以降低患儿性激素水平，延缓骨龄，控制体质量，降低体质量指数。
