Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To carry out GC-MS qualitative identification and fingerprint chromatography analysis on the lipid soluble components in Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae grown in different loeatious.METHOD Chloroform was used to extract the lipid soluble components of Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae, GC-MS technique was used to identify the composition of the lipid soluble substances, area nomalizatin method was used to determine the relative content of the substances in the sample, and Excel similarity evaluation and SPSS cluster analysis were used to compare the seven kinds of Phunula Nelumbinis Nuciferae. RESULT More than 40 kinds of lipid soluble components were isolated by GC; 16 kinds were identified by MS, in which 14 were fatty acids, 24 were ketone. The fingerprint chromatography analysis showed that the similarity rate of Plamula Nelumbinis Nueffeme grown in different locations was over 0.97. Seven kinds of Plumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae were divided into three classes according to cluster analysis, but no marked differences were detected among them. CONCLUSION The lipid soluble components of 7 kinds of Phumula Nelumbinis Nuciferae are of high consistency, with no area differences in basic composition.
