白花蛇舌草组织培养研究

Research on Cultivation of Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae

摘要: 目的为白花蛇舌草的药材生产提供优质的种苗。方法用植物组织培养方法对白花蛇舌草进行快速繁殖研究。结果选出白花蛇舌草的最佳愈伤化培养基为MS 2,4-D 4.0mg/L Kt 0.5 mg/L、最佳分化培养基为MS BA 3.0 IAA 0.4、生根培养基1/2MS IBA 0.4 mg/L,,并分生出大量的白花蛇舌草试管苗。结论为白花蛇舌草的快速繁殖研究提供了一定的科学依据。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To provide high quality strains of Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae for its mass production.METHOD Plant tissue cultivation method was used to carry out research on rapid multiplication of Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae.RESULT The optimal callus culture medium of Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae was MS 2,4-D4.0mg/L Kt 0.5mg/L,the optimal differential medium was MS BA3.0 IAA 0.4,and the root media was 1/2 MS IBA 0.4mg/L.CONCLUSION This research has provided certain scientific basis for the research on the rapid multiplication of Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae.
