摘要: 目的研究D101大孔吸附树脂对雷公藤内酯醇的吸附性能。方法改变药液浓度、pH值、流速等条件,观察对雷公藤内酯醇在树脂上吸附性能的影响。结果药液浓度为0.25 g/mL,pH值为3.0,药液流速为1.0 mL/min时,有利于雷公藤内酯醇的吸附与分离。结论洗脱液中药液浓度、pH值、流速对雷公藤内酯醇的吸附分离有影响。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate into the adsorption performance of macroporous adsorptive resins on tripdiolide.METHOD Observation were made by changing the concentration,pH value and flow rate.RESULT Optimal adsorption and separation of tripdiolide occurred under the following condition: 0.25 g/mL(concentration),3.0(pH value) and 1.0 mL/min.(flow rate).CONCLUSION The concentration,pH value and flow rate of Chinese drug eluant can affect the adsorption and separation of tripdiolide.
