消纤痛颗粒对疼痛小鼠SOD、MDA、ATP的影响

摘要: 目的探讨消纤痛颗粒治疗纤维肌痛综合征(FS)作用机理。方法采用冰醋酸腹腔注射,造成疼痛模型,观察消纤痛颗粒对小鼠血清和脑组织中SOD、MDA、ATP含量的影响。结果消纤痛颗粒小剂量组和中剂量组能明显提高血清和脑组织中SOD活性,并能降低MDA含量,与空白组比有显著差异(P<0.05;P<0.01)。大剂量组也能降低脑组织中MDA活性(P<0.01)。各组均能明显提高血清中ATP含量(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论消纤痛颗粒治疗FS的作用机理与清除体内自由基有关。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore into the mechanism of Xiaoxiantong Granule in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome ( FS). METHOD Pain models were made by injecting glacial acetic acid into the abdomen in order to observe the effect of Xiaoxiantong Granule. RESULT Small and medium dosages of Xiaoxiantong Granule could markedly increase the activity of SOD in the serum and brain and decrease MDA content, with great difference as compared with the blank group ( P < 0.05; P < 0.01) . Large dosage could also decrease the activity of SOD in the brain. In all groups, there was an increase in serum ATP content ( P < 0.05; P<0.01). CONCLUSION The mechanism of Xiaoxiantong Granule in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome is related to the clearing of free radical in the body.
