Estimation of Threading Depth in Making Rat Models of Focal Cerebral Ischemia with "Proportional Measurement"

  • 摘要: 目的 寻找制做大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型时确定线栓深度的可靠估算方法。方法 用线栓法制做大鼠脑缺血模型30 0例 ,用分规测量了大鼠TC线长及穿线深度 ,对比分析用 2种穿线深度制做大鼠脑缺血模型的成功率 ,并通过直线相关与回归分析探索估算穿线深度的方法 ;结果 用“同身寸”法确定的穿线深度 ,可明显提高制模的成功率。结论 本文根据制模成功大鼠的相关数据 ,提供了制做大鼠脑缺血模型时用TC线长来估算线栓穿入大脑中动脉深度的直线回归方程
