Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore into the application of entropy partition method in the study of the diagnostic standards for TCM syndromes.METHOD The diagnostic information about 400 cases of dysfunction of blood vessel endothelium was obtained and entropy partition method was used to obtain the information of the symptoms of phlegm-dampness syndrome,so as to calculate the relevance of the various symptoms to the syndrome.ROC was then used to determine the threshold of the syndrome,followed by retrospective and prospective tests dealing with sensitivity,specificity and conformity.RESULT The established diagnostic standards for damp-phlegm syndrome in dysfunction of blood vessel endothelium is efficient in diagnosis.CONCLUSION Entropy partition method is scientific and can be used in the study of TCM syndrome diagnostic standard.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore into the multiple association relationship among theories,methods,prescriptions and drugs in the experience of famous doctors,based on 628 medical cases of famous doctors.METHOD FP-tree method was adopted.RESULTIt was found that there existed a number of interesting association relationships between symptoms and prescriptions,between symptoms and syndromes and between drugs and syndromes.Drugs for tonification and qi regulation appeared most frequently and syndromes such as deficiency of the spleen and stomach,incoordination between the liver and stomach,deficiency and stagnation of qi in the middle energizer and dampheat in the spleen and stomach also appeared frequently.CONCLUSION Although direct prescription-syndrome correlation was not detected with FP-free method,the regularities we obtained were still of important value for understanding the experience of famous doctors in treating the diseases of the spleen and stomach.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of in vitro pancreas perfusion of Yimin Granule on the secretion of insulin in rats with type 2 diabetes.METHOD Rat diabetes models were made by using ATZ to destroy rat insulin cells followed by feeding high-lipid and high-sugar feeding stuff.In vitro pancreas perfusion was performed to detect insulin content.RESULT With low-sugar stimulation,the medicated serum of Yimin Granule did not markedly affect insulin secretion;with high-sugar stimulation,Yimin Granule could promote insulin secretion.CONCLUSION Yimin Granule has certain improving effect on the defect in insulin secretion in type 2 disbetes.

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of two different compositions of drugs in Jiangtang Tongmai Tablet for clearing away heat and nourishing yin and qi respectively on mesangium extracellular matrix(ECM).METHOD In vitro cultivation method for human mesangium and serum pharmacology method were used to observe the effect of different comjpositions on ECM.RESULT Both compositions of drugs had the effect of inhibiting FN,LN and ColIV,especially the composition of clearing away heat.CONCLUSION The method of clearing away heat is more effective than the method of nourishing yin and qi in inhibiting hardening of the renal glomeruli.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg.in treating chronic hepatic damage.METHOD Rat chronic hepatic damage was caused by repeated administration of CCl4,which was used to detect ALT,AST,HA,LN,T-Bili,TP,ALB and A/C levels.RESULT Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg could reduce the ALT,AST,HA,LN,and T-Bili levels in rat serum,inhibit TP, ALB and A/C levels and increase rat survival rate.CONCLUSION Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg has satisfactory effect to protect the liver,reduce minopherase level and prevent liver fibrosis.

The Phage display technology(PDT) is technology that expresses exogenic polypeptide with shell protein of phage by inserting the exogenic DNA into the shell gene.Drug target is what molecule is bound by the drug inside our body,and also the fundamental of novel drug development as well as drug selection.An ideal drug target is the prerequisite of good drug.The PDT is one of the most effective selection means for drug target,and able to be applied to find the potential target of Chinese medicines.Using the high-through-put technology to analyze the active compounds of Chinese medicines is one of the most effective ways to modernize the Chinese medicines,and it can promote the development and application of natural compounds.
