Interpreting the Connotation and Clinical Expansion Application of Supporting Method from the Perspective of System Theory

摘要

摘要: 系统论作为现代科学成果之一，能够较好地阐释并融汇中国传统医学。文章基于系统论的思想，结合传统中医气化思维，深入分析了中医外科托法的内涵，认为托法立足于正邪关系，以脏腑、经络、气血为系统主体，以恢复人体自适应调控能力为目的，体现了层级演化、跃迁、整体性涌现的系统科学特点。进一步以托法治疗慢性硬膜下血肿为例，探讨了托法思维运用于其他现代外科疾病的可能性。

Abstract: As one of the modern scientific achievements, system theory can better explain and integrate traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The article is based on the idea of system theory and combines TCM gasification thinking to deeply analyze the connotation of TCM surgical support method. It is believed that support method is based on the relationship between good and evil, with the organs, meridians, qi and blood as the main body of the system, and aims to restore the body's adaptive regulation ability. It reflects the systematic scientific characteristics of hierarchical evolution, leap, and overall emergence. Taking the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma with support method as an example, the possibility of applying support method thinking to other modern surgical diseases was further explored and validated.
