Exploring the Mechanism of Chinese and Western Medicine for Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion and Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Caused by Emotional Factors

  • 摘要: 基于现代心理应激与中医情志致病理论, 分析情志因素导致复发性流产(Recurrent spontaneous abortion, RSA)的中西医机理。研究发现心理应激等情志因素导致RSA的生物学机制包含了内分泌系统、中枢神经系统、氧化应激、免疫防御等方面; 心神受扰、肝气郁结导致脾肾亏虚是情志因素导致RSA的中医学病机, 提出了从心论治、从肝论治及中医情志疗法的诊疗思路。
