A Review on Protective Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Cisplatin-Induced Ototoxicity

摘要: 顺铂是临床上广泛应用的抗肿瘤化疗药物, 耳毒性是其常见的毒副作用,患者常出现耳鸣、耳聋等症状, 预防与缓解顺铂耳毒性逐渐成为亟待解决的问题。研究表明, 中医药对顺铂产生的耳毒性有一定的预防和治疗作用。笔者从顺铂致耳毒性的中医认识、作用机制以及治疗策略综述了中医药对顺铂耳毒性的作用研究进展, 以期为寻找缓解化疗药物毒副作用的策略提供新的思路。Abstract: As a first-line chemotherapeutic drug, cisplatin displays wide ototoxicity. Tumor patients treated with cisplatin usually suffer from tinnitus and deafness, Preventing and relieving the ototoxicity caused by cisplatin has become an urgent problem to be solved. Reports have revealed the certain preventive and therapeutic effects of active components in traditional Chinese medicine on cisplatin ototoxicity. This review summarizes the recent researches on the protection of traditional Chinese medicine on cisplatin's ototoxicity, providing new insights for seeking strategies to alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy drugs.
