Current Status and Development Trend of Knowledge Graph Research in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 知识图谱研究在中医药领域迅速发展,已经应用于中医药的基础理论、临床辅助、方剂用药等多个方面。对知识图谱的概念、关键技术及中医药知识图谱研究现状进行综述,总结中医药知识图谱研究面临的问题,包括中医术语标准统一问题、知识图谱模式层构建问题、中医知识融合技术规范问题、推理方法设计和选择问题等,并对中医药知识图谱研究的发展趋势进行展望,提出中医药知识图谱研究应切实解决中医临床中的实际问题,要结合中医药体系自身特点,加强对知识图谱构建方法和技术的探索,研究如何能够更加精准地建模中医药知识,为实现辅助决策、智能问答等服务提供支撑。Abstract: Knowledge graph research is rapidly developing in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It has also been applied to many aspects of TCM, such as basic theory, clinical support, as well as prescriptions and medicines. Through reviewing the concept, key technologies and the current status of knowledge graph research in TCM, we summarize the related problems including the unification of TCM terminology standards, the construction of knowledge graph model levels, the regulation of TCM knowledge fusion technology, as well as the design and selection of reasoning methods. In addition, the development trend of knowledge graph research in TCM is prospected. Thus, it is suggested that TCM knowledge graph research should effectively solve the practical problems in clinical situations, strengthen the exploration of knowledge graph construction methods and technologies by combining the characteristics of TCM system itself, and study how to model TCM knowledge more accurately to provide support for the realization of auxiliary decision-making and intelligent question answering services.
