藏药六味丁香丸对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用及机制探讨

Mechanism and Antibacterial Activity of Tibet Medicine Liuweidingxiang pills against Staphylococcus aureus

  • 摘要: 目的 研究藏药六味丁香丸对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用并阐明相关抑菌机制,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法 采用平板打孔法检测六味丁香丸对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,通过倍比稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度范围。绘制药物作用36h的细菌生长曲线。利用扫描电镜观察细胞形态变化和细胞壁通透性实验阐述其抑菌机理。结果 六味丁香丸800mg/mL对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径达到(21.8±2.36)mm,最小抑菌浓度介于12.5~25mg/mL;药物可以显著抑制细菌生长增殖,能够使细胞形态发生改变和细胞通透性增加。结论 六味丁香丸对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌具有显著抑菌作用,具有潜在的临床应用价值。
