乐脉颗粒对心肌缺血的保护作用及其机制

Protective Effects of Lemai Granules on Myocardial Ischemia and Its Mechanisms

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨乐脉颗粒对大鼠心肌缺血的作用及其机制。方法 48只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性(稳心颗粒)组、乐脉颗粒高、中、低剂量组(0.84、0.42、0.21 g/kg)。腹腔注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)复制大鼠ISO模型,连续灌胃乐脉颗粒7 d后,记录心电图Ⅱ导联ST段,并取血测定血清中CK、LDH、SOD活性及MAD、NO、ET、IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP含量,同时检测血液流变学指标。结果 与模型组比较,乐脉颗粒各组ST段抬高值及CK、LDH活性均降低(P<0.01);乐脉颗粒高、中剂量组SOD的活性及NO含量均有不同程度的升高,而ET、IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP含量均有不同程度降低(P<0.05~0.01),血液流变学各项指标显著改善。结论 乐脉颗粒改善心肌缺血的作用可能与抗氧化应激损伤、调节内皮细胞的功能、抗炎及改善血流变有关。
