针药结合对兔干眼模型角膜及泪腺形态学的影响
Effects of Combination of Acupuncture with Medicine on Cornea and Lacrimal Gland Morphology in Dry Eye Rabbit Model

摘要: 目的 评估电针结合润目灵颗粒对水样缺乏性干眼模型角膜及泪腺组织的影响。方法 60只健康3~4月龄新西兰大白兔随机分为6组（空白对照组、模型组、西药组、中药组、电针组及针药组， 分别以A，B，C，D，E和F组表示），每组10只。A组不作处理；B组双眼滴1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液进行造模，每日4次，直至实验结束；C，D，E和F组实验兔同模型组一样双眼滴1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液，3d后（即实验第4天，干眼实验动物模型制作成功）开始，分别用毛果芸香碱滴眼液、润目灵颗粒灌胃、电针以及电针加润目灵颗粒对其治疗，同时双眼滴1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液，直到实验结束。不同时段分别观察各组泪液分泌及第17天角膜、泪腺形态学的改变。结果 在实验第10天、17天，C，D，E和F组兔的泪液分泌量均显著高于模型组（P<0.05）。F组泪腺胞浆饱满丰富及角膜层次分明、排列有序最接近于空白对照组。结论 电针和中药润目灵颗粒可以最大程度的促进泪液分泌，减少泪腺和角膜上皮损伤及其局部炎症反应。电针及中药润目灵颗粒结合比单纯电针及单纯中药治疗干眼效果更好。
