“藻戟遂芫”与甘草配伍对大鼠离体回肠组织通透性的影响

Impact of "Zao-ji-sui-yuan" and Glycyrrhizae Compatibility on Ileum Tissue Permeability in Rats in vitro

  • 摘要: 目的 从离体肠组织通透性的角度,探讨中药“十八反”中“藻戟遂芫”与甘草合用产生禁忌的可能机理。方法 以FITC-右旋糖苷4 kDa (FD4)及FITC-右旋糖苷40 kDa (FD40)为指示剂,采用Ussing chamber技术分别观察“藻戟遂芫”与甘草合用对大鼠离体回肠组织旁路途径通透性及屏障功能的影响。结果 甘草与芫花明显提升回肠组织FD4通透量,大戟和甘遂对FD4透过量影响不显著;芫花、海藻、大戟、甘遂与甘草合用后,FD4透过量与甘草组相比均显著降低。甘草、海藻、甘遂对FD40透过量没有显著影响;大戟和芫花单用能显著增加FD40透过量,二者与甘草合用后FD40透过量不变或略下降;海藻、甘遂与甘草合用后FD40透过量与单用组比显著上升。结论 “藻戟遂芫”与甘草合用阻碍了甘草增加肠道通透性的效应,可能是其与甘草“相反”的机制之一。另一方面,大戟和芫花对于离体肠组织屏障功能可产生明显损伤,合用甘草之后有一定改善,体现了甘草的黏膜保护作用;海藻和甘遂单用对肠组织屏障功能影响不明显,而与甘草合用后肠道屏障功能受到明显损伤。“藻戟遂芫”和甘草合用后肠道旁路转运能力及屏障功能的改变可能导致在特定条件下产生减效或增毒等“相反”的效应。
