醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6的影响

Effects of Xingnaojing Injection on hs-CRP and IL-6 in the Serum of Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)与脑出血患者的关系,观察醒脑静注射液对hs-CRP、IL-6的影响,阐明醒脑静注射液治疗脑出血的可能机理。方法 将90例急性脑出血患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予降颅压、止血药等常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用醒脑静注射液静滴,于治疗前,治疗第2、3、8、14 d,取试验组45例、对照组45例脑出血患者静脉血,采用免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP,电化学发光法检测IL-6。结果 hs-CRP、IL-6呈缓慢下降曲线,醒脑静注射液干预治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05~0.01)。hs-CRP、IL-6值第3天组间比较P<0.05,组间具有显著性差异。结论 醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血有明显的治疗作用,可能是一种有效的CRP、IL-6抑制剂和神经保护剂。
