摘要

摘要: 目的探讨麦粒灸治疗病谱及其作用特点。方法以回顾性临床文献研究方式，检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）1980-2012年公开发表的麦粒灸临床研究文献，进行统计分析。结果麦粒灸的临床应用率逐年增加，治疗病种不断拓展，适宜病谱达40余种，涉及临床各科，多用于治疗内科的神经、精神疾病和消化系统疾病，以及骨伤科、皮肤科病症，而据具体的病症统计分析，关节病症位居首位。结论麦粒灸的主治作用具有显著的双向性特点，既能驱寒，又可泄热；既善补虚，又能泻实，善治顽症痼疾。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the disease spectrum of grain-sized moxibustion and its characteristics. METHODS By reviewing clinical literature， certain literature about grain-sized moxibustion published from 1980 to 2012 were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). RESULTS The clinical application of grain-sized moxibustion has been increased gradually and the range of diseases it can treat is wider， reaching more than 40 different kinds related to many clinical departments. It is commonly used in nerve， mental and digestive system diseases， as well as diseases of orthopaedics and dermatology. After specific analysis of statistics， it is mostly used in the treatment of arthritis. CONCLUSION The grain-sized moxibustion has the function of obvious dual-directional regulation: it may dispel cold and also may purge heat; may reinforce insufficiency but also reduce excessiveness. The grain-sized moxibustion may have a good effect on difficult miscellaneous diseases.
