摘要

摘要: 养阴生津是温病的基本治则之一。历代对养阴生津法的认识均限于补法范畴，以滋补阴液作为其全部治疗作用所在。随着临床用药的发展及现代科学技术在中医药领域的运用，发现传统养阴生津法的许多方药不仅可以滋养补虚，而且还具有祛除病邪的治疗作用。论述了养阴生津具有补养阴液和祛邪除病双重作用，养阴生津方药之甘寒濡润药性是其祛邪的药学基础，其祛邪作用主要体现在能清热、润下、散瘀、消痰，而作用机理是既有养阴以扶正祛邪之功，又有直接祛邪泻实之效。
