氧化应激机制在痰湿体质研究中的应用探索

Application of Oxidative Stress Mechanism in phlegm-wet Constitution

  • 摘要: 痰湿体质的形成与痰湿停滞有关,同时痰湿也是一种致病因子,长期不能消除,会滞脏腑、阻经络、碍气化,导致代谢性疾病及心脑血管疾病的发生。氧化应激是上述疾病发生发展的重要机制,早期的抗氧化治疗可预防此类疾病的发生。从影响因素及致病机制两个方面探讨了氧化应激与痰湿体质的相关性,认为痰湿体质和氧化应激具有很多相似的影响因素,如生活方式、运动及年龄等等;同时抗氧化能力减弱可能是痰湿体质形成的基础,氧化还原失衡可能是痰湿体质致病的推动因素,而自由基造成的氧化损伤可能是痰湿体质致病多样性的内在机制。从氧化应激机制角度研究痰湿体质可为早期预防疾病提供重要依据。
