针灸科研需解决的问题

摘要: 指出针灸科研需要解决的问题。到目前为止，针灸还没有合适的对照：假性针灸并不是非常有别于真性针灸；安慰剂针灸由于针的压力可能引发机械刺激，会导致疼痛传导，另外可能与影响神经系统的化学物质效应相关。对照安慰剂的随机临床试验由于缺乏没有任何操作的对照而很难实施，因此，发现针灸的作用以建立合适的对照尤其重要。应该重视与传统治疗（药物等）对照的针灸试验，以证明哪些疾病采用针灸治疗具有无副作用且费用低廉的优势。
