CCI模型在针灸推拿治疗神经性病理痛领域的研究进展

Progress in the Application Progress of CCI Model Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Tuina Field for the Treatment of Neuropathic Pain

  • 摘要: 神经性病理痛(NP)是临床痛证的多发症状,坐骨神经慢性压迫性损伤(CCI)模型能够较为准确地模拟临床中周围神经损伤所引发的NP,是镇痛机制研究中常用的动物模型。针灸推拿能够调气行血,通经止痛,其镇痛的起效机制,近年来多围绕CCI模型而展开相关研究。作者就CCI模型在针灸推拿镇痛研究领域中的应用现状作一综述,探究其应用价值及未来前景。
